Previous Environmental Learning Center
In earlier years, the Black Warrior Council and Tuscaloosa County School System formed a partnership to utilize Camp Horne solely as an Environmental Learning Center (ELC). While it enjoyed many years of success, for a number of reasons, the ELC eventually ceased operations. During those years, Tuscaloosa County School System teacher developed lesson plans to share with others. Many of those plans are still available for use in the electronic files below.
