About Camp Horne
Camp Horne is 488 acres of fun and opportunity! The camp has six campsites, dining hall, swimmong pool, two lakes, outdoor chapel, shooting sports complex (rifle, archery, and shotgun), climbing/rappelling tower, outdoor skills areas, ecology area, handicraft pavilion, numerous pavilions, and much more. Scouts have been attending summer camp at Camp Horne for 102 years!
Our Mission
The goal for Cub Adventure Weekend is that every Cub Scout has a fun-filled experience where the ideals of Scouting are strengthened. As Cubs participate in camp programming, the values of family, citizenship, character development, and personal fitness are furthered in their daily walk of life.
During this special Memorial Day weekend. emphasis will be placed upon honoring the memories and sacrifices of those who have, and who continue, to serve our country.
Promotional Zoom Meeting for Cub Adventure Weekend
Leaders and parents are encouraged to join us for a Zoom meeting to learn about the plans for the exciting weekend. The meeting will last no more than one hour.

One leader from each Pack is requested to complete a "Cub Adventure Weekend Commitment Form" so that we may have an idea of your Pack's participation plans. We understand that the information provided is a best guess but it will be very helpful to the camp leadership. Please submit this form no later than November 21st. This form is ONLY for Cub Scout Packs, NOT individual families.
