Throughout a young person's journey in Scouting, there are very special moments and accomplishments that will remain with a Scout for years to come. One such special moment is when the Arrow of Light is completed, and the Scout has reached that point to "cross over" into a Scout troop. 

 

The Mountain District is inviting any Packs and Troops who have Scouts ready for this step to participate in their "Cross-Over" ceremony to take place across the swinging bridge at Camp O'Rear.
