This form is for registered volunteers in the Black Warrior Council to request tickets for the Centennial
Volunteer Recognition Banquet featuring key note speaker Coach Nick Saban. Each volunteer may
request up to four tickets. These tickets are not to be reproduced or sold for any reason. Non -volunteer
seats are available for $150 each. Without a valid membership number, ticket prices will be changed
automatically.
In order to reserve up to four tickets for the banquet, please return this form along with payment to the
Black Warrior Council office. Tickets are limited and are sold on a first come first serve basis. All tickets
are pre-sale only and no tickets will be available at the door. An official ticket is required for entry to the
event. Volunteer ticket prices are $50 a seat. Eagle Scouts, their parents and Silver Beaver recipients and
spouse will be invited to be the Council’s guest at the banquet at no cost.
Seating will be determined by Council Banquet Committee.
